Please read the following contract between You and Car to Farm carefully.

RESERVATIon

Once you have made a booking with us you are deemed to have read and accepted these booking conditions and that you have the authority to accept and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party. A copy of our booking conditions is available at any time on our website and on our documentation sent to you. You are responsible for paying the remaining 30% of the tour price in compliance to the terms and conditions of this Contract.

 

INCLUDED

The tour includes all accommodation and food from the moment you are picked up at the airport to the the moment you are dropped off at the airport. Transportation is provided for the entirety of the trip by private bus with driver, and it will cover any optional activity included in the contract price. Included in the price are also all of the food and wellness activity some of which will be optional for you to engage in. You will be given a goodie bag with the Car to Farm® merchandise and partner offers. Car to Farm® has partnered with an experienced tour operator that will act a our concierge during the whole time of your experience. Please see the below CONCIERGE SERVICE terms described below.

 

NOT INCLUDED

Airfaire, gratuities and tips are not included in  the contract price, and any personal items including gifts or local products that you will find at farms and local shops.

 

ITINERARY

The detailed itinerary of the tour and all included activities services rendered will be issued not later than 30 days before departure. All the information will be distributed to the registered travelers over email and published in the phone app provided by Car to Farm® official concierge. All the details will be disclosed at the time of final payment of the tour.

 
 

A deposit of 30% of the total contract amount will be paid via Visa, Master Card or American Express at the moment this contract is accepted digitally during the check-out process on the Car to Farm® Tour website at www.cartofarmtour.com. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received and processed by the website credit card processor. You will receive a confirmation email when that happens.

Final payment is due within 90 days before before the start of the tour you have selected. You will receive an email reminding you. The deposit will be refundable within the following guidelines as described below:

o 120 days prior to departure; 75% of deposit refundable

o 90 days prior to departure; 50% of deposit refundable

o Less than 90 days prior to departure; No refunds available

If the final payment is not made before 90 days from the start of the tour you have selected, we shall treat the contract as cancelled and retain all deposits paid and/or apply additional cancellation charges (see paragraph “cancellation”). Refunds will be made on the same credit card that was initially used. It is also possible to receive credit for a future trip in the event that you still want to travel with us but at a different date. Credit will be valid 1 year from the day it has been issued.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

 

BOOKING AIRFAIRE

We strongly advise to book your flight as soon as you pay the deposit for the tour. In order to do that, we made available at no extra charge an Airfaire Concierge that will help you find the cheapest and most convenient flight. For an additional fee, you can hire the same concierge to help you extend your trip before and after your trip with Car to Farm has begun/concluded. More detailed information will be sent to you in a welcome package email after the deposit payment has been made. Car to Farm® will not be responsible for any additional arrangement done by the third party concierge.

 

All accommodations are included in the tour. All accommodations are to be in double occupancy rooms unless specified by the guest (a “single occupancy” fee might occur in that case). Because of the nature of our tour, some farms might not have availability to accommodate everyone to their privacy comfort level.

ACCOMODATIONS

 

The Car to Farm® concierge is a third party service operated by independent Partner. The company will provide virtual support to you traveler pre, and during the tour. The concierge will also provide assistance and follow-ups in cases where follow up is necessary in order to conclude successfully your experience, such as when you book a personalized extension of your trip directly with them. All the details and contacts will be provided after the initial deposit has been successfully processed.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

 
 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly advise Clients to purchase trip cancellation insurance to protect their travel investment. If you would like to purchase travel insurance through please see our web-site or contact us for assistance in purchasing the coverage.

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

All ground transportation will be provided by an independent Partner that will provide bus and driver for the entirety of the itinerary, from airport pick-up and drop-off to moving all guests from location to another.

 

You may decide after booking to alter any of the details

of the confirmed booking such as adding one person to your group, or to transfer your individual booking to another person. The

request must be made before the final payment is made in writing to Car to Farm to concierge@cartofarmtour.com and is subject to an administrative charge of US $150 per change. If the booking is transferred to another individual, the transferee will then be responsible

for all terms and conditions of this contract and must be signing the contract terms provided by Car to Farm® or the concierge operating on its behalf. If more people is added to the booking, Car toy Farm® or its concierge reserves the right to refuse the change due to lack of available space. As an alternative, and if that doesn’t cause any financial harm to Car to Farm®, you might be offered to move your group to another available date in the future. IN this case too, Car to Farm® reserves the right to refuse the request for change and you might cancel the entirety of the tour if within the deadlines described in the Payment and Refund section of this contract.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

 

Car to Farm® reserves the right to cancel this contractin any case where it has been deemed necessary for the wellbeing and the safety of the entire group, or  as a result of fa major weather pattern event that was not possible to foreseen. In the event of a cancellation, Car to Farm® will inform you immediately and will offer you to reschedule your tour, or offer you a refund or credit if that is more favorable to the situation.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY CAR TO FARM® 

 

AIRPORT PICK UP AND DROPOFF

Whether you use our airfare concierge or not, Car to Farm® needs to be notified of your arrival and departure times by and not beyond 90 days before the start of the tour you are booking. It is best to forward all of the flight informations as received from the airline or agency booking your flight. If you arrive by other meaning and want to join us directly at the starting location of the tour, you might communicate so within the same deadline as above. Otherwise, standard pick as per  this contract are scheduled to be directly at the airport as described in the Welcome Email that you will receive after the deposit payment has been made.

 
 

COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event any problem occur within  the tour,  you should alert your hosts immediately (within 24 hours) . If the hosts cannot resolve your issue, then you should contact Concierge via voice phone call or via the provided phone app. The Client shall allow the Owner or Manager reasonable time to solve the problem, or to find a suitable replacement property. In the unlikely event that you want to abandon the  tour, that will not constitute an adequate cause for a refund. Car to Farm® will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings or damage to personal devices, although will do our best to avoid any such event and/or prevent it to the best of our ability. 

 

LIABILITY

Car to Farm® relies on a number of third-party companies to run the tour. The suppliers providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements, tours, excursions, accommodations and other travel products and services ("Suppliers") for the vacations are independent contractors and are not agents, affiliates, representatives or employees of Car to Farm®, or any of its subsidiaries, related companies, or parents ("Car to Farm® Parties"). Car to Farm® has no ownership interest in any Supplier. Any use of the Car to Farm® name by a Supplier is for identification purposes only and does not constitute ownership, agency, supervision or control by Car to Farm®. All documentation, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the Supplier.

BY UTILIZING THE SERVICES OF THE SUPPLIERS, YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER CAR TO FARM® NOR ANY OF THE CAR TO FARM® PARTIES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR (1) ANY ACCIDENT, LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO YOU OR TO THOSE TRAVELING WITH YOU IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ACCOMMODATIONS, TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER SERVICES OR RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ANY OCCURRENCES OR CONDITIONS

INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, DEFECTS IN VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION, STRIKES, "ACTS OF GOD," RIOTS, TERRORIST ACTS OR THREATS, WARS, ACTS OF GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, THEFT, DELAYS, WEATHER CONDITIONS, ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS, BANKRUPTCY, CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES IN ITINERARIES OR SCHEDULES OR (2) LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR INJURY TO PERSONS, CAUSED BY REASON OF ANY ACT OR OMISSION, INTENTIONAL, NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE BY SUCH THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS. PLEASANT HOLIDAYS, LLC MAKES NO IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES IN THE OFFERING OF ANY VACATION DESCRIBED IN THESE MATERIALS. REMEMBER THAT ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND REQUIRED PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION, AS WELL AS COMPLIANCE WITH AGRICULTURAL REGULATIONS, ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

Car toy Farm® assumes no responsibility for any claims, accident, loss, expenses or other financial loss, damage, injury or inconvenience, whether to person or property, arising from tour.  Client shall take reasonable precaution to safeguard persons, possessions and property. Client acknowledges that Car to Farm® and its representatives shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from strikes, war, acts of terrorism, government restraints, weather conditions, sickness, accident, injury, loss, theft, natural disaster, or any other cause beyond their control.

 

JURISDICTION

Car to Farm® and its Client agree that the laws of New York shall govern this contract, and that exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of this contract shall be in the courts of NYC, New York.

 

AGREEMENT

The Client agrees to accept and abide by the Terms and Conditions of this contract. Therefore all members of the traveling party are bound by the Terms and Conditions of this contract. Please note for any comments and/or correspondence, Car to Farm® will only correspond with and direct all comments to the Client making the booking.
